Problem

This 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD needed durable protection for its new truck bed before regular hauling and work use could damage the factory finish. An unprotected pickup bed can quickly develop scratches, chips, dents, and exposed areas from tools, equipment, cargo, and everyday use. The goal was to protect the bed while maintaining a clean, professional appearance appropriate for a brand-new heavy-duty truck.

Solution

Permanent Coating Solutions carefully prepared the truck bed by sanding the surfaces to create the proper profile for coating adhesion. The entire application area was then solvent washed and thoroughly cleaned to remove contaminants before spraying. Once preparation was complete, we professionally applied Rhino Linings Hybrid spray-on bedliner throughout the truck bed. The Rhino Linings system creates a tough, seamless protective coating designed to withstand demanding truck use while providing excellent abrasion and impact resistance. The bedliner was then top coated with Rhino Shine Ultra UV Protectant for additional protection against ultraviolet exposure while helping maintain the appearance of the finished Rhino Linings coating. The result is a professionally protected truck bed ready for work while helping preserve this new 2026 Silverado 2500 HD.
