Problem
Foss Exteriors wanted to protect their brand-new 2026 Ford F-350 Lariat Diesel before it entered daily service. As a work truck that will regularly haul tools, equipment, and construction materials, the truck bed needed superior protection against scratches, dents, impacts, abrasion, rust, moisture, and chemical exposure. Installing a Rhino Linings® spray-in bedliner from the start helps preserve the truck's appearance, maintain its resale value, and provide years of dependable protection in demanding jobsite conditions.
Solution
We began by thoroughly sanding the entire truck bed to create the proper surface profile required for maximum adhesion of the Rhino Linings® polyurea coating. After surface preparation, the bed was completely solvent washed to remove all dust, oils, and contaminants. Every seam and joint was professionally caulked to help prevent moisture intrusion and create a seamless finished appearance. Our technicians then carefully masked the entire truck, protecting every surface that was not receiving the coating to ensure crisp, factory-quality edges.
