Problem

Customer's 2022 Ford F-250 work truck had a plastic drop-in liner that was sliding and trapping moisture against the original paint. He wanted permanent protection with anti-slip texture for hauling job-site materials.

Solution

Removed drop-in liner. Sanded and prepped the entire bed including rails and tailgate inner. Masked all chrome and trim. Applied Rhino Linings polyurea at 180°F and 2,000 PSI for an 8-second cure. Sprayed over-the-rails coverage with textured anti-slip finish in black. Customer drove the truck home same day.
