Problem

Homeowner wanted to eliminate concrete dusting and staining in the garage while improving appearance and cleanability before listing the home for sale. Existing slab was 22 years old with multiple shrinkage cracks and one larger structural crack across the center bay.

Solution

Diamond ground the entire surface to expose clean aggregate. Routed and filled all cracks with polyurea crack filler. Installed full broadcast Rhino FastFloor polyaspartic basecoat, broadcast slate-blend decorative flake to refusal, scraped excess flake, applied UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. Customer walked on the floor 8 hours after final coat, parked on it the next morning.
